Step Into a Role With Purpose, Reach & Real Impact
The Marisa Peer Organisation is a globally recognised leader in personal development and therapy, best known for Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). Our work reaches millions worldwide through digital programmes, education, live experiences, and performance-driven marketing.
Behind the scenes, we are a high-performing team of marketers, creatives, and strategists committed to building systems that convert with clarity, integrity, and scale. If you enjoy creating clean, reliable funnels that actually work—and want your work to support meaningful transformation-this role offers both impact and ownership.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Funnel Builder & Automation Specialist to build, implement, and maintain high-performing funnels across our marketing ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with our CMO and marketing team to translate proven strategies into conversion-focused landing pages, forms, schedulers, and automation workflows. This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who enjoys owning funnel builds end-to-end—from page structure and user flow through to CRM logic, automation, and QA.
While experience with GoHighLevel is preferred, we welcome transferable experience from platforms such as ClickFunnels, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, or similar.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 Funnel Building & Implementation
Build conversion-focused landing pages from scratch based on provided strategy and copy
Design and implement user flows across pages, forms, quizzes, surveys, and schedulers
Ensure funnels function seamlessly from first interaction through to sales handoff and follow-up
⚙️ CRM & Automation
Configure CRM logic including tags, custom fields, pipelines, and opportunity stages
Build and maintain automation workflows (email, SMS, wait logic, branching, goals)
Connect funnels to booked-call flows, sales pipelines, and post-booking automation
🔌 Integrations & Tracking
Implement and maintain integrations with third-party tools (payments, webinars, calendars)
Ensure tracking pixels and conversion events are placed correctly throughout funnels
🧪 Quality Control & Optimisation
QA funnels end-to-end to ensure accuracy, reliability, and strong user experience
Maintain consistency across funnel templates and accounts
Use AI tools to speed up building, troubleshooting, QA, and documentation
Collaborate closely with paid media, creative, copy, and ops teams
Skills & Experience
Proven experience building funnels and automation systems
Strong understanding of funnel structure, user flow, and conversion principles
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Ability to design and build pages independently from briefs
Strong attention to detail and QA discipline
Confident troubleshooting issues independently
Comfortable using modern AI tools as part of your workflow
Organised, reliable, and systems-oriented
Preferred Experience
Experience with GoHighLevel
Experience building high-ticket coaching, therapy, or education funnels
Familiarity with booked-call and sales pipeline workflows
Basic understanding of tracking concepts (UTMs, pixels, conversion events)
Ability to lightly improve copy for conversion (not required)
