The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to own visual execution across our ecosystem-from brand assets and product mockups to conversion-focused advertising creatives.

You’ll work across digital, print, and advertising channels, supporting marketing campaigns, products, events, and brand initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a senior-level designer who is comfortable working across multiple asset types and maintaining consistently high standards.

You’ll be trusted to work from clear briefs while bringing strong design judgement, creativity, and execution quality to every project.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design & Visual Execution
Design high-quality visual assets across digital and print formats

Create logos, product mockups, PDFs, workbooks, presentations, and business collateral

Produce banners, posters, and physical event assets to print-ready specifications

📢 Advertising & Performance Design
Design static advertising creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid media platforms

Apply strong layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity principles for conversion-focused design

Adapt designs for multiple formats, placements, and aspect ratios

🤝 Collaboration & Quality Control
Collaborate closely with marketing, paid media, copy, and funnel teams

Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and visual standards

Catch basic copy errors or layout issues before final delivery

⚙️ Workflow & Delivery
Use modern AI design tools to support ideation, iteration, and production

Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of output

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a professional graphic designer

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Experience designing both brand assets and advertising creatives

Solid understanding of design for paid media and conversion principles

Experience preparing print-ready files (DPI, bleed, colour modes, sizing)

Strong visual judgement, layout, and typography skills

High attention to detail, including basic copy accuracy

Comfortable working from briefs while owning execution quality

Confident using modern AI tools as part of your design workflow

Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
