The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, inspiring, and results-driven Coach & Therapist Marketing Executive to design, lead, and deliver a high-impact business and marketing program for therapists and coaches.

You will be responsible for creating and running a transformational program that supports cohorts of approximately 20 therapists and coaches over 4–12 week periods, helping them to:

✅ Clarify their niche and expertise
✅ Build powerful personal brands
✅ Create scalable digital programs and offers
✅ Increase client intake
✅ Achieve consistent monthly earnings of $10,000+

This role blends strategy, leadership, coaching, creativity, and execution and is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering real, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

📚 Program Development

• Design, build, and lead a comprehensive coaching and marketing program from the ground up

• Create structured lesson plans, frameworks, and learning journeys that drive results

• Deliver engaging, high-energy coaching sessions that inspire action and accountability

🎥 Content Creation

• Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce premium-quality program materials

• Ensure all content aligns with the Marisa Peer brand and delivers exceptional value

👥 Group Coaching

• Facilitate 6 hours of live group coaching per week

• Set weekly tasks, challenges, and homework to ensure implementation and progress

🎯 Participant Management

• Drive engagement and accountability across each cohort

• Confidently manage group dynamics and remove participants who do not fully engage

🌱 Business & Brand Support

• Help therapists and coaches define their positioning and areas of expertise

• Support the creation of digital programs, products, and scalable offers

• Guide participants in building authority and visibility with the support of a creative team

📲 Social Media & Marketing

• Oversee program coverage across relevant social media platforms

• Collaborate with a paid traffic specialist where appropriate

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in business coaching, ideally within health, wellness, therapy, or coaching

• Experience creating and delivering programs that generate measurable business growth

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and command a room

• Creative and strategic thinker who enjoys building programs from scratch

• Confident communicator with high standards and a results-focused mindset
