The Role: CRO Specialist
We’re looking for an exceptional Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who is excited to take full ownership of performance, testing, and optimisation across our entire marketing and sales ecosystem.
Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll dive deep into data, uncover friction points, architect structured testing pipelines, and turn insights into meaningful revenue and impact — from first click to final close.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll optimise performance across the entire customer journey, including:
🔹 Landing pages and opt-in flows
🔹 Long-form sales pages and checkout experiences
🔹 Application and booking funnels
🔹 Email nurture and automation touchpoints
🔹 Ad messaging and funnel alignment
🔹 Sales pipeline performance (lead → call → close)
Your work will directly influence:
📈 Opt-in rates
📈 Lead quality
📈 Booked and attended calls
📈 Purchase rates
📈 Revenue per visitor
Conversion Strategy & Testing
Build and maintain a clear, prioritised testing roadmap across all major funnels
Develop hypothesis-driven experiments grounded in data and user behaviour
Prioritise tests using ICE or similar frameworks
Implement tests using tools like VWO, Convert, Optimizely alternatives, or collaborate with developers for advanced experiments
Analyse results and clearly communicate learnings and next steps to the wider team
Analytics & Reporting
Create and interpret dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar/Clarity, and attribution tools
Monitor key funnel metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, AOV, LTV, call-to-sale, and drop-off points
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
Ensure performance visibility across marketing and leadership teams
Creative Direction & Implementation
Brief copywriters and designers with clarity, intention, and insight
Provide wireframes, sketches, or mockups where helpful
Build simple page variations yourself using Figma, Canva, or page builders
Optimise for UX clarity, emotional resonance, readability, and messaging hierarchy
Collaborate closely with paid ads and funnel teams to ensure message consistency
📈 Success Metrics (KPIs)
Your success will be measured by:
Improved conversion rates across funnels and pages
Reduced CPA and cost per booked call
Increased opt-in, show-up, and call-to-sale rates
Revenue uplift per visitor and per funnel
Testing velocity and win rate
Clear, insightful reporting to the CMO and leadership
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
Proven experience in CRO, digital optimisation, or performance marketing
Strong analytical skills with GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar/Clarity
Hands-on experience running A/B or multivariate tests
Ability to turn insights into structured, testable hypotheses
Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, LTV, ROAS, call-to-sale)
Solid grasp of copywriting, UX, and design fundamentals
Clear communicator who can explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have 🌟
Experience with coaching, education, DTC, or info-product funnels
Comfort working in GHL, WordPress, or similar platforms
Familiarity with AI tools for insights or ideation
Strong understanding of direct response psychology and sales pipelines
