The Company and Role
We are a high-performing team of marketers, creatives, strategists, and implementers behind Marisa Peer and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) - a global personal development and therapy brand serving millions worldwide.
We are a global wellness organisation built on compassion, transformation, and the belief that everyone deserves to live a happier, healthier life. We train and certify therapists and coaches in the RTT methodology, and provide courses and audios to help people overcome issues and live a better life.
We’re looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, predictability, and momentum to our marketing and sales operations. You’ll work directly under the CMO and be responsible for translating high-level business goals into clear weekly sprints, managing workloads across marketing, funnel, creative, and implementation teams, and protecting priorities from ad-hoc disruption.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments but knows how to create order, maintain boundaries, and champion the right priorities - even in the face of competing demands.
Summary
You will manage the full workflow of marketing and sales projects- including funnel builds, campaign launches, automation tasks, creative production, and technical fixes. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional specialists and department leads, ensure every team member is focused on the right tasks, and enforce the weekly sprint with confidence and clarity.
The ideal candidate understands digital project scoping well enough to estimate complexity, anticipate bottlenecks, and prioritise intelligently. You will be responsible for giving visibility to leadership, keeping the team aligned, and preventing ad-hoc requests from derailing progress.
At your core: you are calm, organised, assertive, and unshakeable.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Sprint Management
- Build, manage, and enforce weekly sprints across marketing, funnel, creative, tech, and media team
- Maintain a clear project roadmap aligned with company priorities and deadline

- Proactively identify bottlenecks, scope creep, and risks - and resolve them before they become issues
Prioritisation & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the gatekeeper of the marketing priority list
- Push back on unplanned tasks and clarify the downstream impact of new requests
- Challenge stakeholders respectfully when priorities conflict, using data and rationale
- Communicate timelines, trade-offs, and delivery expectations clearly
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise daily with funnel builders, automation specialists, designers, media buyers, copywriters, and dev teams
- Collaborate with and hold to account external agencies and contractors
- Translate strategic goals and creative direction into actionable tasks
- Ensure interdependencies (e.g., creative → ads → funnel → automation → QA) are accounted for in planning
- Work closely with sales, product, and support to align campaigns and launches
Operational Excellence
- Run daily standups and weekly sprint reviews
- Maintain Asana as the single source of truth - clean boards, accurate statuses, zero ambiguity
- Document processes, improve workflows, and introduce systems that increase efficiency
- Track timelines, monitor velocity, and ensure projects ship on time
Reporting & Visibility
- Provide the CMO with accurate project status updates without having to be asked
- Create weekly reports outlining wins, blockers, capacity, and next steps
- Ensure everyone - specialists and leadership - knows what’s happening and why
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a digital, creative, or tech environment

- Strong communication skills, especially under pressure
- Ability to say “no” or “not now” with confidence and clarity
- Experience with Asana (or similar tools like ClickUp, Monday, or Notion)
- Calm, structured, assertive personality - you bring order to chaos
- Ability to anticipate issues before they arise, maintain boundaries, and protect team focus
