Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £45,000 per annum, OTE £55,000

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager to join our global accreditation service.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales person with a hunger to chase new business, explore opportunities and deliver outstanding customer care as well as servicing some inbound leads.. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation and develop your skills. Your main focus will be driving the company’s business growth and building market position.
Reporting to the Sales Manager the Business Development Manager will establish a global market presence, find and maximise leads, and be an active player of our overall global and UK development strategy.
You should be a mature self-motivated individual with at least 3 – 5 years sales experience. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sustained profitable customer relationships, and a team player with a history of achieving sales targets. Gifted with an entrepreneurial mind, able to see business opportunities, with little supervision but working within a sales team culture.
Main Accountabilities
- Drive business growth in UK and global by actively developing new business from leads that are primarily self-generated
- Service generated some inbound leads
- Manage a sales pipeline to significantly grow an independent revenue stream
- Promote the company’s services to address client objectives
- Achieve sales targets provided by management
- Analyse market, competition and report accordingly
- Work proactively with the marketing department
- Liaise with clients to obtain membership subscription payments
Knowledge and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience
- Excellent customer experience
