Working Hours Requirement:

• Must have substantial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)
• Minimum 6 hours of daily availability within this timeframe is essential

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) Builder who’s also growth-minded. You’ll design, launch, and refine funnels that drive measurable results across our product suite. This isn’t just about building pages and workflows - it’s about building with performance in mind, checking what’s working, and making smart improvements that increase conversions.

This role offers high autonomy, strategic input, and the chance to make a direct impact on revenue, growth, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Build & Own Funnels: Create and manage acquisition funnels in GHL, from landing pages and opt-ins to automations, pipelines, and onboarding.

Drive Growth: Monitor performance, identify drop-offs, and run simple tests that improve opt-in rates, conversions, and customer flow.

Leverage the Tech Stack: Be the go-to expert on Go High Level- funnels, automations, tags, pipelines, SMS, and integrations with Stripe, Zoom, and analytics.

Deliver Results: Spot opportunities, execute quickly, and translate data into tangible improvements across the customer journey.

Collaborate & Elevate: Gather requirements upfront, thrive in a structured project management system, and communicate clearly with leadership.

Contribute to Culture: Embrace radical candor- giving and receiving direct feedback to continuously raise standards.

• Proven GoHighLevel expertise -you’ve built complete funnels, automations, and integrations.
• Portfolio of work -share examples of funnels or automations you’ve delivered.
• Performance mindset -you don’t just build; you measure, test, and refine.
• Problem-solving orientation - proactive, resourceful, and execution-driven.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Bonus: Experience in coaching, education, or multi-product digital brands.
