Salary: $36,000 USD per year

Working Hours Requirement:

• Must have substantial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)
• Minimum 6 hours of daily availability within this timeframe is essential

The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven experimenter and hands-on executor, someone who can design, launch, and refine marketing funnels that deliver measurable growth. You’ll own the CRO strategy across two of our product suites, working closely with senior leadership and our top technical specialists.

This role offers high autonomy, strategic input, and the chance to make a direct impact on revenue, growth, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Own and Optimize Funnels: Build and manage acquisition funnels across our product suite, from business accelerator programs to personal development courses and RTT® training.

Run Structured Experiments: Launch and manage A/B tests with the goal of improving opt-in rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Leverage the Tech Stack: Become the expert on our marketing and analytics tools, using them to design tests, track performance, and generate actionable insights.

Deliver Results: Identify opportunities, execute rapidly, and translate data into measurable improvements across the customer journey.

Collaborate and Elevate: Gather what you need from stakeholders upfront and thrive in our structured, non-reactive project management system.

Contribute to Culture: Embrace radical candor, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback to raise the standard of work.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven, hands-on experience in CRO, growth marketing, or funnel optimization- with measurable wins.
• Strong testing and analytics skills with a disciplined, data-first mindset.
• Proactive problem solver who brings solutions, not just problems.
• Thrives with both independence and collaboration.
• "Go High Level” experience is a must.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bonus: Experience working with multi-product, content-driven brands.
