Position: Tutor and Accreditation Lead
Location: Remote (Global applicants welcome; must be able to work UK hours)
Hours: Part-time, 20-24 hours per week (flexibility required based on delivery needs)
Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro-rata)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tutor and Accreditation Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a flexible role that combines tutoring and accreditation responsibilities, supporting the delivery and assessment of our RTT and other certified courses. Reporting directly to the Head of Curriculum, you will work closely with accrediting bodies and support students in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Tutoring and Course Delivery:
- Facilitate course components, including Tutor Groups, Ask the Team Calls, and CAH Development Groups.
- Provide guidance and assessment of students' practical work. Depending on experience, support within the Clinical Delivery Team.
Accreditation and Relationship Building:
- Dedicate one day per week to accreditation efforts, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with accrediting bodies.
- Work towards further accreditation of courses and maintain ongoing compliance with standards.
Reporting & Feedback:
- Report to the Head of Curriculum and collaborate with the Head Tutor to set and meet KPIs.
- Monitor and improve student feedback, pass rates, keep in-house and external documentation updated and accreditation outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of RTT and a genuine passion for helping others learn and grow.
Background in education or training (a teaching qualification is preferred).
Experience in accreditation or working with external accrediting bodies.
What Success Looks Like:
- High levels of positive feedback from students and Head Tutor.
- Meeting or exceeding pass rate targets.
- Successful accreditation outcomes and strong relationships with accrediting bodies.
