About the Role
As Associate Director of Fulfillment, you will be responsible for ensuring RTT®’s training programs and live events are delivered at the highest standard globally. You’ll lead a global team of 40+ professionals, optimize fulfilment processes, and drive operational excellence in alignment with RTT®’s values. You will also ensure that all participants experience an extraordinary, transformational journey as they become certified RTT® Therapists.
This is a key leadership role, reporting to the CEO, and involves close collaboration with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development. You will be responsible for streamlining the operational processes behind our courses, workshops, and events, while overseeing logistics, team performance, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and inspire a team of 40+ professionals across multiple global locations.
- Provide coaching and support to ensure high performance and alignment with RTT®’s values.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between fulfillment, marketing, sales, and other departments.
Program & Event Management
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, workshops, and training programs globally.
- Ensure all logistical aspects, such as venue management and participant communication, are handled flawlessly.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency in content, materials, and teaching methods.
Operational Efficiency
- Continuously optimize fulfillment processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the development and execution of new event formats and experiences as RTT® expands globally.
Customer Experience
- Champion a participant-first approach, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional experience from registration to graduation.
- Gather and act on participant feedback to continuously enhance our training programs and live events.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage the fulfillment budget and ensure efficient resource allocation without compromising quality.
- Monitor KPIs for team performance, event success, and participant satisfaction.
About You
You’re a natural leader with significant experience managing large, global teams and overseeing complex, multi-faceted operations. You have a passion for personal development and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You are detail-oriented, data-driven, and have a proven ability to optimize processes while maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, university management, or program fulfillment.
- Proven success managing large teams (30+ people) and overseeing global events.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performance teams.
- Experience creating and optimizing operational processes in high-growth environments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Passion for personal development and a deep understanding of RTT®’s mission and values.
- Flexibility to travel internationally to coordinate live events.
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to improving processes.
