Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the company's acquisition activities. This will include seeking out acquisition opportunities, due diligence, developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration. There will be two main objectives within the business case for an acquisition; increased lead flow (influencers, social channels etc.) and/or product opportunities (ie. supplements or other personal development/wellness related products that would appeal to our millions of followers).

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of the acquisition process from start to finish.
- Identifying potential acquisition targets and negotiating acquisition deals.
- Leading due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets.
- Coordinating and managing the integration of acquired businesses.
- Developing and implementing strategies to realise the maximum value from each acquisition.
- Working with other members of senior management to ensure that all aspects of the acquisition are successfully completed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully executing mergers and acquisitions.
- Extensive knowledge of the acquisitions process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
