We are looking for a seasoned Shopify Marketing Expert to lead our Ecommerce efforts. This critical role will be responsible for the development, management and execution of More Than Enough’s Ecommerce business strategy (sales and marketing) by effectively driving and growing sales, and running a successful dropshipping platform using Shopify.

The Shopify Ecommerce Marketer is a key member of the Sales and Marketing team and will develop and execute successful global e-commerce sales strategies to support ambitious growth targets for our growing online therapeutic coaching and e-learning product suite and business.

This incumbent will be challenged with understanding and embracing the vision and passion of the company, along with working in a highly-collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. The incumbent must seamlessly work with the sales team and marketing team as the in-house Shopify authority to produce measurable, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growing our current Shopify sales dramatically over the course of 6 months to 1 year
  • Developing eCommerce launches for exciting and innovative online products and packages
  • Ensure regular SEO and PPE performance is monitored and fully optimized.
  • Increasing the demand of products using Shopify significantly from $100K per month to $500K per month.
  • Create and lead strategies, road maps and pricing policies that drive product and programs for key E-Commerce customers using the Shopify platform
  • Provide leadership on projects that impact the Shopify Ecommerce channel operations with an emphasis on process, logistics, and customer support
  • Manage a successful drop-shipping program using Shopify.


  • Must have proven and demonstrable success managing a Shopify Marketing platform
  • Significant experience launching and migrating eCommerce marketing campaigns on Shopify. Experience creating e-commerce and growth marketing strategies utilizing Shopify Web Design, and Shopify management.
  • Extensive drop shipping experience and proven success working with Shopify
  • 4+ years of direct to consumer eCommerce marketing and sales experience.
  • Ability to translate data into clear action plans to be executed by other members of the organization
  • Proven written and verbal communications skills, effective time management and problem solving skill expertise
  • Ability to drive action through the activity of others in order to achieve desired results
  • Solid project management skills
  • Able to achieve results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent strategic relationship builder
  • Must have the ability to build and leverage relationships within E-Commerce channels in order to expand the company
