This position is fully remote/working from home. We are accepting candidates worldwide but the role adheres to UK working hours.

Salary: £100k OTE (£50k basic + £50k performance based commission)

The successful candidate will manage a team of telesales agents to ensure the targets set out are achieved.

Working closely with the Team Leaders, you will manage and develop team members so they achieve their individual targets and track and report on performance and department results.

Leading from the front, you will ensure that you can share your tried and tested, successful sales techniques to help the team learn and grow.

The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to understand and feed into the sales campaigns facilitating the commercial decisions around the purchase of leads.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process and software improvement ,and automation, as well as creating and delivering projects to maximize team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Executive Management team to define monthly objectives, standardised business reporting and create sales dashboards for sales people, team leaders and management.
  • Grow and develop the Sales Team Leaders and Training Manager in line with the agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure a minimum of 5 personal sales closes each month whilst understanding changing objections on the front line and implementing training updates to overcome these.
  • Oversee the sales funnel to ensure contacts are moving through the process smoothly whilst reviewing conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyzing pertinent data and making recommendations for how to improve the performance.
  • Identification, proposal and implementation of solutions for improvement of issues impacting sales velocity.
  • Streamlining and optimising the sales pipeline process whilst understanding the key metrics and ensuring they are trackable and reportable.
  • Continual review and evaluation of the usage and capability of the systems and tools in use, including a detailed understanding of the sales pipeline technology.
  • Ensuring that sales data is captured and accurate through auditing.
  • Management of forecasting and data analysis to provide valuable insight into the team’s performance, and what’s needed to continue growing the business and set the goals to achieve it.
  • Team recruitment.
  • Management of rota’s and logistics in line with the call booking expectations.


  • Demonstrable Sales Management experience preferably within the wellness sector
  • Commercial lead buying awareness desirable
  • Solid experience of effectively leveraging and interacting with cross functional teams
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Programme management capabilities
  • Demonstrable ability to identify and lead growth initiatives
  • Previous ownership of sales pipeline, tracking and conversion rates at all stages of the process
  • Knowledge of CRM
