We are looking for someone to join our marketing team to manage and grow key funnels/ digital products. You will work with 40+ marketers and creatives across (almost) all disciples of digital marketing.
Our products focus on improving people’s mental health, with Rapid Transformational Therapy at the center of our business. Summary
As one of our Digital Marketing and Funnel Specialists, you are responsible for managing, growing and creating digital marketing funnels. It starts with always tracking and measuring your funnel’s key metrics - Data plays a central role in our business, as we constantly test and innovate. CRO and A/B-testing will become a daily routine.
We run webinar funnels, pdf funnels, free audio funnels, challenges and many more - To be successful in this role you should love marketing funnels and always educate yourself about what works “out there”.
As a funnel specialist you will be working with our other marketing teams, such as paid advertising, social media and email to maximize your funnel’s revenue. You will be managing product launches to our email list, as well as working closely with the advertising team to scale your funnel. You are the central point, bringing all the right pieces together. Our senior funnel specialists manage millions in revenue, so big numbers shouldn’t scare you.
Our funnels are built in Wordpress and Infusionsoft and we expect solid tech understanding from our funnel specialists. You won’t be the person building pages, but you need the ability to go into the backend and understand how things work.

Key Responsibilities
- Conversion-Rate-Optimization: Always keep testing. You will design, implement and analyze A/B-tests.
- Measurement and Analytics: Reporting on important metrics from our Database, Infusionsoft, Shopify and any other 3rd party tools that may be used.
- Project Management: Leading product launches and rapidly optimising the funnel during the launch. Leading the project team to success, keeping all stakeholders informed & documenting all activities on the relevant channels.
- Marketing Psychology: Understanding the key pains and benefits of our products, coming up with hooks and angles and knowing how to adjust our communication along our audiences’ awareness journey.
- Generate Revenue: At the end of the day every funnel leads to a sale. You need to be numbers driven and grow our revenue.
Requirements
- Digital Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of experience working with digital marketing funnels.
- Growth Hacking Mindset: Constantly innovating and coming up with tests to improve your funnel metrics.
- Data & Testing: Data is a huge part of this job so you need to love numbers and be able to connect the dots with different data sets and make clear conclusions.
- Marketing tech savvy: Familiarity with Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Webinar software and Wordpress.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an exceptional team player and able to handle tight deadlines, fast execution while being detailed-oriented.
- Project Management: Excellent time management and project management skills.
