We are hiring a new Social Media & Community Manager into the Marketing Team to develop and manage our social media presence, content and strategy for Transition Excellence.

Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take the role of Social Media & Community Manager to strategize and oversee the content creation, perform channel management, and own moderation.
You will work with our graphics, video and copywriting team to produce content to engage our community as well as partner with the Product Owner to create content to feed into our marketing funnel. You will be responsible for full channel management and weekly reporting and growth strategy. You will own moderation of call channels the efforts in strategic social selling. Additionally, you will assist in the management of customers during live online community events.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan and execute content strategy for all primary social channels
Create, manage, and implement an editorial calendar, which includes monthly social media objectives and initiatives
Define KPIs, measure ad campaigns effectiveness, engagement and funnel; responsible for monthly reporting using social media tools to track KPI's
Create weekly editorial calendars with fresh and dynamic content and copy to engage and grow followers
Plan social strategy launch efforts for new product launches/campaigns on social Media channels
Partner with the Product Owner on paid strategies and assist in Marketing Funnel and Paid Media tasks
Collaborate with the Customer Support Team & effectively engage with the audiences across social platforms, driving audience growth
Moderate all aspects of social media community interactions
Define and document social media best practices, guidelines, and etc.
Assist Transition Excellence faculty with community management (muting participants, setting up call schedules, triggering breakout rooms and etc.) of live teaching sessions on Zoom

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
This is a remote, work from home opportunity. Must be a self-starter and able to use your own initiative.
Experience in Social Media - at least 2 years.
Experience growing Social Media channels and working on YouTube, Linked In, Facebook with Twitter and Instagram as a plus
Familiarity with Zoom and ability to manage basic event needs such as setting up event links, attending live calls to manage attendees, and etc.
Experience in moderating and community management
Excellent written communication skills with a passion for posting error-free and flawless content online
Ability to learn and embody a brand’s voice
A good knowledge of and, ideally experience in the mindset and self-development industry, and online business.
