We are seeking a strategic and experienced Project Manager to excel in planning and facilitating projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind multiple external projects. Each project will require their own unique path forward which the appointee will be responsible for defining, monitoring and delivering.

If successful, you will be joining a remote company full of bright, driven and friendly entrepreneurial-spirited colleagues that will provide the resources you need to meet your goals. It will be your responsibility to establish what those resources are and to map out a timeline that encompasses all moving parts.

In order for you to exceed in this role, you must also be able to effectively communicate and effortlessly multitask as you delegate responsibilities to the appropriate teams to meet project deadlines. You must feel comfortable creatively thinking on your feet in a fast-paced environment to overcome any challenges or obstacles that may arise.

As no two projects will be the same, the successful candidate will spend their time wearing many hats. Duties will include all aspects of Project Management including requirements gathering, solution planning, resource scheduling, client meetings and more. We are looking for a Project Manager comfortable working in a remote environment, using tools such as Zoom, Slack, Asana and Whatsapp to communicate with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. Our company culture will require the successful candidate to have a flexible approach to project management, supporting the project and colleagues wherever necessary to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all external project-related enquiries, requirements or team updates.
  • Coordinate all resources required to meet each project’s objectives, milestones and deadlines.
  • Ensure that teams are thoroughly briefed on any work required so that they can carry out their responsibilities to the appropriate standard.
  • Monitor the completion of project tasks and actions as the project moves forward, liaising with colleagues to ensure requirements are met.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables are in scope and meet functionality requirements.
  • Organise QA Testing, organizing fixes and re-testing if required.
  • Minimize uncertainty by serving as a source of knowledge for all involved parties, sharing information seamlessly to everyone involved.
  • Design and produce reports to share project progress with team members, stakeholders, clients and the wider company when required.
  • Create and maintain all necessary project documentation to ensure that the organisation has a central source of truth for each project.


  • 3+ years of demonstrable project management experience.
  • Remote working experience in an entrepreneurial business.
  • Preferred experience in digital marketing and communications technologies in the wellness and coaching sector.
  • An operations-driven mindset to organize the completion of project requirements and forecast challenges and obstacles.
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field preferred.
  • Significant experience of leading cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Adept at ensuring that the overall project objective remains front-and-centre while equally understanding the details of day-to-day execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent decision-making skills are paramount.
