We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

You will be trusted and responsible for the entire marketing funnel and will be interacting with different stakeholders in the process (Traffic, Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing, Films Team and Social Media) to facilitate the growth and scaling of your products. You’ll also partner with our Leadership team and be responsible for the weekly cadence of growth tests, with the goal to start at least three experiments per week.

This position involves studying and hands-on experience in Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Funnel building. This role is crucial for Transition Excellence as it has a direct impact on our revenue and expansion!

With great power comes great responsibility – every new innovation or discovery you successfully implement on your funnel, will be also implemented across all our other funnels and will immediately generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and innovate online products that will be assigned to you. You will be fully responsible for the growth of these products.
  • Constantly learn the cutting-edge marketing practices in the industry, and figure out how they can be brought to your product funnels.
  • Build funnels, target market analysis and finding the best market fit for your product. This will involve project management, creating & maintaining a straight line for standard operations, and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Pick experiments to run, define them super clearly so there’s no way we won’t learn, emphasis on conversion rate optimization
  • Follow growth methodology, prioritize the most impactful ideas from your research and execute them fast
  • Report on important metrics from Google Analytics, Infusionsoft and any other 3rd party tools that may be used.
  • Lead marking projects to success, keeping all stakeholders informed & documenting all activities on the relevant channels. Responsible for setting up emails in Infusionsoft and funnels in Wordpress or any other 3rd party tool
  • Define the marketing methodology, hooks and paradigm shifts for the Product and ensuring that the entire product is in alignment with the overall Marketing Strategy and Transition Excellence’s branding.


  • 4+ years of Product Marketing or Growth Marketing experience with proven results, ideally with online based products/online learning courses
  • Growth Hacking Mindset, constantly innovating and coming up with ideas to scale our products.
  • Data is a huge part of this job so you need to love numbers and be able to connect the dots with different data sets and make clear conclusions
  • Addicted to Learning and passionate about selling products online
  • Experience with InfusionSoft, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Mobile Apps, Zoom, HTML/Ignite, Social Platforms, Email Marketing etc.
  • An exceptional team player and able to handle tight deadlines, fast execution while being detailed-oriented
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
