Salary $36,000 with commissions.

OTE (On target annual earnings) : $70,000 -$85,000 per annum (uncapped)

    The Inbound Sales Team Representative uses finely honed listening and assessment skills to determine the readiness of perspective RTT students to join RTT programs. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the jobholder is an integral part Marisa Peer’s business goals, mission and vision.

    1. Pre-screen and provide consultative sales support to clients who are interested in making a positive career change in their life.
    2. Utilize effective listening and strong assessment skills to uncover motivations and identify opportunities.
    3. Provide program information and enroll participants in revolutionary training and coaching programs.
    4. Meet or exceed sales targets.
    5. Present a positive image of Marisa Peer and all programs.
    6. Participate in all job-required training.

    Required Education and Experience

    1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultative sales role, preferably in a tele-sales environment.
    2. Some college preferred
    3. Demonstrated affinity for/expertise in ongoing change and learning.
    4. Experience selling coaching, training, or educational programs preferred.

    This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.

    Work Environment

    This job generally operates in a home office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that the home office equipment, desk and chair suit the jobholder’s ergonomic needs.
