We are looking for a permanent Video Production Assistant to help with the production and management of E-learning video assets. This position is predominantly remote/work from home however you may be required to travel to assist on productions throughout the year. You will join a rapidly growing and enthusiastic team, focused on providing the best possible product and experience for our learners.

We are looking for somebody with great organisational skills as one of your main responsibilities will be to audit and manage our extensive archive library of videos. You will also be comfortable editing with Adobe Premiere, adding graphics, colour correction, and sound editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organisation and maintenance of a large archive library of videos
  • Performing bulk tasks on video content such as renaming, adding captions, thumbnails, transcriptions
  • Video editing, adding graphics/lower thirds
  • Colour correction and fixing audio
  • Creation and management of video resources and templates
  • Assisting filming on location (If required)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production or other relevant qualification
  • Video post-production skills (Editing, colour correction, sound)
  • Great organisational skills (Management of archived video assets)
  • Great organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
  • Computer literate
  • Good team player with an enthusiastic and positive nature
