There are 2 distinct parts that form More Than Enough Ltd/I Am Enough LLC.

The marisapeer.com website is primarily ecommerce based (shopify) as well as blog posts and content promoting our founder - Marisa Peer.

In the Marisa Peer shop we sell hypnosis audios, self help courses, and 21 Day Challenges.

Marisa Peer - multi-award-winning therapist, global speaker, and best-selling author of six books. Marisa has transformed the lives and careers of over 15,000 people (with Rapid Transformational Therapy®) who are now living rewarding and fulfilling lives and get to wake up every day in joy. She’s helped 100,000’s of people with interests in their own personal development with her groundbreaking Hypnosis Audio products, Dietless Life and 21 Day Challenges.

The other side of the business is focused on Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), which prides itself on providing hypnotherapy training. RTT® is a unique type of hypnotherapy, founded and created by Marisa herself. It can be learned by anyone with a desire to help themselves on an intensive basis, and then go on to learn how to help others in the same way.

Core Role Purpose

This role requires you to significantly grow our ecommerce brand, by implementing strategies that increase our monthly revenue (from one-off purchases and paid subscriptions) via our Shopify store. This will include increasing the conversion rate, AOV and number of returning customers.

Responsibilities

  • This role requires you to take command of increasing revenue through the shopify store.
  • An expert level of understanding of Shopify, order upsells/downsells, conversion rate optimization, landing page design and build is essential.This role requires you to report weekly on how you are improving AOV, repeat customers, customer acquisition and revenue. You will be required to clearly present your marketing and growthplan weekly.

Experience & Specialisms

  • High-level understanding of digital marketing strategies, particularly regarding e-commerce.
  • Ability to implement a strategy using industry-standard tools (Shopify, Google, Facebook, GoHighLevel, etc)
  • Email and lifecycle marketing knowledge
  • Shopify knowledge
  • Reporting and attribution understanding - essential (for both paid and organic sources of traffic)
  • Experience with Wordpress and Elementor would put candidates ahead of the game
  • Ability to strategize and implement constant conversion-rate optimisation tests
  • Ideally you have Shopify, sales growth and marketing experience
  • Autonomous working ethic
  • The successful candidate will be well organised, self-motivated, articulate, team player (essential), dedicated, have multi tasking skills
  • Fluent in English
