This position is fully remote/working from home. We are accepting candidates from anywhere in the USA.

Salary: $15-$19.20/hour (DOE) + $1300 per month bonus plan (target based)

Core Hours: Mon-Fri UK Times 2pm-11pm (approx 9am-6pm/10am-7pm EDT)

Summary

Manages and leads a team of sales representatives. Communicates company goals to their team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including coaching, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

A background in (SPIN) sales would be beneficial, but you’ll definitely need the ability to recognise where improvements to sales calls can be made and be able to audit, document and report to Management regarding this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
  • Ensuring that their teams admin is kept up to date
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying coaching indicators
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • Reporting to Sales Manager regarding required ongoing coaching needs of individuals
  • Carrying out coaching sessions for sales team members when/where necessary

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Working with call centres in a quality and coaching role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Strong attention to detail
