This is a hybrid position working both in Al Barari, across Dubai / UAE, with some remote work from home.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work alongside three entrepreneurs including Marisa Peer, our Chairman and the Chief Commercial Officer .
As their PA, you will manage their private and business affairs, while also taking on project management responsibilities across various initiatives. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will need to live within easy reach of Al Barari and be prepared to visit home and office hubs as needed, along with some travel outside of the UAE when required.
To succeed in this role, you must fully understand the dynamic lifestyle and commitments. You’ll be responsible for coordinating their schedule, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth execution of their professional and personal commitments. Experience working with entrepreneurs or globally recognized figures is highly beneficial.
Summary
Experience in the personal development space is advantageous. You must have a proactive, can-do attitude, work well under pressure, and excel at multitasking. Discretion and trustworthiness are essential.
The next 5 years are going to be hugely important with several brand-building projects in development. You’ll play a key role in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the team’s expectations. Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to manage shifting timelines and priorities are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Diary and Schedule Management: Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments, and ensure thorough briefings for commitments are prepared, as well as sit in on meetings and appointments to take notes and action points which are to be road mapped.
Project Coordination: Oversee and manage various ongoing projects, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met. This includes tracking progress, coordinating with internal and external teams, and handling day-to-day project-related tasks.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with various stakeholders (including global teams, clients, and business partners) to ensure smooth communication and progress on key projects.
Travel and Logistics: Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation, coordinating itineraries for both local and international engagements.
Task and Workflow Management: Assist in setting up systems and processes to streamline daily operations and projects. Manage task lists, prioritise activities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Experience using Asana, Trello, Monday or similar tools is crucial.
Content Production Support: Produce social media content (videos, pictures, etc.) in collaboration with instructions from the content/production team and help coordinate related projects.
General Assistance: Support with daily tasks and personal errands, while ensuring her business and private life are seamlessly integrated.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas where operational efficiency and project management processes can be improved and implement changes to optimise workflows.
Requirements
Proven experience providing personal assistance to high-profile individuals.
Demonstrable project management experience, particularly in fast-paced environments.
Confident communication skills, with English as your first written and spoken language.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and other software tools used for project management and collaboration.
Experience working with Apple/Mac products.
Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable with a flexible working approach.
Full, clean driving license in Dubai.
Basic filming/photography skills for content production and social media posts.
